The level of fitness required to undertake a guided tour depends on many factors including the level of difficulty/technique and the type of activities included as well as the terrain and local weather conditions. The good part is that with Chamonix Vertical it does not matter if you are already experienced in outdoor sports or a complete beginner, we will tailor your trip based around your needs.
Please contact us directly if you have any questions about your personal ability for certain activities or itineraries and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
We will supply a detailed list of everything you need in advance. The list will depend on which type of activities you would like to try and the time of year e.g winter or summer. For example depending on the activities chosen you may need to pack equipment for mountaineering, ice climbing, ski touring, off-piste skiing, trekking, summer clothing, winter clothing etc…
What if i don ́t have all of the required equipment for the trip ? Don ́t worry if you don ́t have everything on our list, in most cases we will be able to find a solution for you.
